Every Somewhere is out today in immersive audio as well as traditional stereo mixes.
Comprised of eleven instrumental songs, the transportive LP from electronic music composer and sound artist Luke Elliott vividly evokes a sense of wonder and an immutable freedom to imagine. Utilizing modular and analog synthesizers, sampling and resampling, Elliott constructs a buoyant and effervescent dreamworld, voyaging patiently and thoughtfully between organic and digital textures.

“When I wrote this record I had in mind one of the defining moments of human history - the reconnection of East and West via the Colombian exchange and the transfer of energy.
It was not a fair exchange, with people in the West experiencing magical new delicacies while on the reverse - subjugation and exploitation were the general experiences.

.
I imagined a new planet, safe for everyone, unbound from the human societal structures that permitted how we live in our world today. On my new planet, this exchange was understandably intricate but fair, learning from both sides and correcting errors as we moved into a new world order.
The music voyages between organic and digital elements, in a complex yet focused manner as I try to imagine this alien world. A fair and equal transfer of energy, a pre-death cosmosis. A time when every somewhere was here.” Luke Elliott
